May 2008 Shipping increase. The postal rates go up May 12th 2008. At the moment (mid April), on average the cost of shipping and insurance is already costing $9.20. It will no doubt go up in May. So as of May the shipping and insurance will go up to $9.00
The charge is $30 Plus $9 SH&H/Ins.
Cylinders are returned via USPS priority mail, with $200 per cylinder shipping insurance.

Discounts on multiple cylinders shipped together:
2 cylinders: $50 Plus $13 SH&H/Ins.
3 cylinders: $70 Plus $15 SH&H/Ins.
